Return and Refund PolicyÂ
At nuvsole.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at nuvsole@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at nuvsole@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
For a faster resolution:
- Return the item you received.
- Once your return is processed, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it with.
Refunds.
For returns, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
